Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders up to ₹2,000 across India. There's a small ₹49 COD handling fee. For prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking), shipping is free.
We accept UPI, all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87792 48727 within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order has shipped, cancellation isn't possible — but you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
3 to 5 business days for most pin codes across India. Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities are usually faster (2-4 days). Remote pin codes may take 1-2 extra business days.
You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships (usually within 24-48 hours of placing it). You can also use our Track Order page to get instant updates via WhatsApp.
Currently we ship only within India. We're working on international shipping for select countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch.
Our courier partner will call you on the day of delivery. If you can't accept the package, they'll attempt redelivery the next business day. For COD orders, three failed attempts result in the order being returned to us.
14-day easy returns from the delivery date. Send back any item in original condition for a full refund. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number — we'll arrange a free pickup from your address.
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The amount is refunded to your original payment mode (UPI, card, or for COD orders, via UPI/bank transfer).
Items damaged due to misuse, personal care products with broken seals, and items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted for return. Everything else is fair game within 14 days.
Yes. Every product is inspected before dispatch. We don't list anything we wouldn't recommend to family. If something doesn't meet your expectations, the 14-day return policy has you covered.
Warranty varies by product. Electronics typically come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
